UPDATE I am looking for this bird’s owner. He has a leg band on that reads FA CA 1517. If you know of anyone who is missing their Sun Conure, please have them contact me. I would like to give them his body so they may bury him or cremate him, or have a foot print done..and extend my condolences.
This is the only photo I have of him when he was alive, taken by my neighbor.
I did try to trace the owner using the leg band information and was not successful.
This SUN CONURE was found in SW Austin. I rushed the bird to the vet because he was very weak and couldn’t fight any longer.
He/she was not alone when passing.
He/she has a leg band on that reads FA CA ####.
I would like to give the owners his body so they may bury him or cremate him, or have a foot print done..and to extend my condolences.
