Male and mature blue budgie. Cotton candy blue coat with slightly darker/desaturated blues near the beak. Currently being treated for face mites. No tag. Has a “bald” white spot just past the top of the head, as you can see the side of in the photo. Was able to be hand tamed quite quickly and is now on a pelleted diet. Is well taken care of atm.
