I found a green parakeet/budgie today 7/31 in Santa Clarita near Sierra Highway/Sand Canyon. He does not have a band and looks quite old. He has a lot of stripes on his head. Please contact if you think this might be your bird. (Note: I don’t know how to sex budgies, so I’m just guessing its a “him”)
