Blue parakeet w/ black and white fish scale markings. Baby, as indicated by lines all over the top of the head and all-black eyes. Rather plump, friendly and unafraid of humans. Royal blue dots on the “muttonchop” feathers around the chin. It flew onto a balcony at 101 Polk St. apt. bldg. (at Market St.), San Francisco at about 2:00 p.m. on March 12, 2020.
