UPDATE: REUNITED!
Friendly but nippy bird landed on my husband in our yard yesterday. He/she was hungry and thirsty. We had apples and peanuts on hand & then we did get some species specific food, he was very excited about that. He does not want to be petted or stroked but loves siting on a hand or shoulder and enjoys watching videos of himself . Very chirpy. There is a leg band but difficult to read. We think it does has RB on it.
