Found Cockatiel bird on Monday, September 08, by Elk Grove Florin Rd in Sacramento. It is extremely friendly and extremely intelligent. Was flying around our house yesterday morning, but later it flew into one of our chicken kennel and stayed there. If this is your bird, we have possession of it, please text me.
