Yellow cockatiel found. I think she/he might be called a yellow pearly pied because has grey in wings and tail. She/he is very sweet and likes humans. Obviously well cared for and someone must be looking for this bird and heartbroken. I am fostering until owner is found. You can call me anytime. Vickie
