This little guy was hanging out in the trees at the end of the cul de sac on 30th st (above Sand Dune Park) in Manhattan Beach. We think he might be a male since his crest is mostly yellow and his cheeks are bright orange.
He seems a little tame and is fully flighted. No band. No discernible whistles yet. Is this your bird?
