Found on July 30th 2020. He landed on my Canary Winged Parakeet’s cage and was friendly enough to allow me to move their cage to the back door and he flew in the house. He is safe and happy in a spare cage. Please contact me if you recently lost a Budgie and provide the identifying information and I will gladly return him/her.
