Sadly this bird has passed away.
Posting for an acquaintance, who is the one that found the bird and is caring for it. Found in his yard on a residential street in Lancaster, CA. I have provided supportive care information to him as the bird appears rather ill. I am trying to get more information from him, such as a leg band # so if an owner is found we can confirm the band #.
