This bird was found by another person in Culver City, CA. As far as I know, no one ever responded to those original flyers/ads. I have been fostering this bird since April. The bird is safe, and I am able to care for the bird. But I want to ensure the original owner has a chance to be reunited. The birds wings were not clipped when it was originally found. The bird is fairly timid, but has warmed up some since it came to us. The bird can step up, but it does not prefer to do so. The bird whistles a few tunes, including a wolf whistle.
