Not sure if you want this reported since the bird passed. Very young budgie found in neighbor’s yard, area of 741 and 23 (Rohrerstown), Lancaster, PA. Very lethargic and hypothermic. Took to the vet with a chest wound yesterday, gave her a decent chance at survival. She sadly passed this morning, but had a good day of eating millet and resting yesterday.
