It is a blue female budgie. She has an ID band on her right leg.
I found her today’s morning in my backyard. She flew onto the cage with my birds.
She is very hungry, but I think she is used to people.
She is blue with black feathers on her wings. Wings are NOT clipped.
Her head is white with some light blue dots.
