At 5:00 pm on December 19 I spotted an African Grey Parrot in a tree at Mission Bay Park in San Diego. I tried to get the bird to come to me but he would not, and after about 15 minutes flew off. The location in Mission Bay Park where he was spotted was right behind the visitors center next to the bay. The visitors center is right off of the I-5 at the Clairemont Dr/ Mission Bay Drive exit.
