This photo was posted on facebook by a friend who is an Animal Control Officer for the city of Hayward. The bird was observed chewing on an apartment’s window screen in the vicinity of Webster Street and MIssion Blvd in Hayward, CA. It flew away when she attempted to rescue it via a ladder.
I do not have the bird in my possession – only posting in the chance that someone may recognize the location and know someone who has lost an African Grey.
