Found a blue and white budgie wandering near the street of the Bassett area in downtown Madison. I will be scheduling a drop off with the Dane County Humane Society later today or tomorrow so that it’s taken care of.
(The budgie has a lot of white with some gray markings and possibly a little blue.)
