A flighted, banded Parrot (possibly an Amazon Parrot) was found on July 4, 2011 near the Chartwood/Chartwell communities in Severna Park. Severna Park is located between Baltimore and Annapolis. The bird is currently in my possession while I search for its rightful owner. Please contact me with ~specific~ identifying information if you believe this may be your lost pet.
