Found cockatiel in Dickinson, Texas on 07/02/2011. Yellow crest/crown and face, gray neck, chest and shoulders with speckles (pearled). Wings are not clipped and are yellow. Orange cheeks. Has a leg band on left leg with text on it. You will need to identify the text. Seems to be in very good health but needs to go home. I can’t spend alot of time with it and we have cat(s)!
