Incredibly friendly Quaker parrot, found on Saturday late afternoon, 4/20/19 in the town of Port Washington in Long Island. No leg band. Fully capable of flight so he could have traveled far from his home.
Not yet scanned for microchip (will be taking him to my local avian vet for microchip scanning on a day off work this week).
He is in good health, and is doing well in his foster home.
