Almost 2 year-old beloved family pet. Very tame and comfortable with people. He’s an indoor-only bird who accidentally escaped on January 17, 2019 around 1:30pm from our home while sitting on our shoulder.

He is approximately 4 inches tall, sky blue with thin black stripes on his wings. His ‘beard’ is white with dark blue and purple spots.
His flight wings just fully came in about 3 weeks ago after his original owner clipped him way too short. He was just beginning to fly short distances around the house, so his stamina is low, and he fatigues easily.
We are hoping for a miracle!!!
