Found 4th of July what appears to be a male cockatiel because crest seems darker yellow than a female’s, but we could be wrong. Looks healthy and seems tame–maybe escaped recently??? Hoping to find his/her family. Please call 924-4966; emails will not be responded to. Thanks so much!
