Bhanu is a 13 year old male Indian Ringneck parakeet. he is very friendly, but gets scared quite easily. He’s lived in captivity since birth, and never ventured outside. He dashed out of our living room door and flew in large circles way up in the sky. He callsfor us with: “piu, piu” and says “oui, oui, oui” in French when he’s excited. He has a band on his right leg. Neither his wings nor his claws are clipped.
