Found this parakeet near Canyon Park in El Cerrito. A friendly bird. Someone suggested I save the bird as it would not survive on its own. I have posted in various places about this bird but no one has claimed him yet. He is a friendly bird. He likes to be outside of his cage and fly around. He seems to be very smart and can figure out how to get out of his cage.
