A Tenant, at the LaFrance Block found a young Parakeet in the parking lot. On the 4th of July. This is ONE lucky little parakeet, that must of escaped from its owner. He seems tame. I am sure someone is heart broken he is missing.
Please Identify his colors, as he dose not have a leg band.
