This Parrot is Huge, twice as big as any crow I’ve seen. Sorry, I checked species list but did not see anything similar, It has a giant wingspan, mostly blue, gold/yellow in the head, huge black beak. It is on Three Islands Blvd, directly in front of Desoto Park 510 Three Islands, Bldg # 2.
