SIGHTING. Neighbor reported “green parrot” in tree. They said that it mimicked laughs and meows. Picture enclosed is theirs, I believe from description it is an Amazon of some sort but picture is too low res to make out.
I drove out as soon as I saw the message, but they had attempted to catch it and it flew away.
