Found this beautiful blue/white Parakeet at Astoria Park, Queens a few weeks ago. I am very happy to keep it, but wouldn’t feel right until I have tried to locate its original family. Send a description (sex, markings, photos, etc) so that I know that it is being returned to its rightful owner.
