Found a blue parakeet on the sidewalk in downtown Watertown. It was friendly and went right to my finger. I do not live in Watertown and was only visiting. We walked it over to the firestation and spoke to a fireman. When transferring it to his finger, it flew away into a nearby tree. Sorry we were not able to secure it for you.
