My mom’s bird flew away around June 3rd from Portland (Tigard) Oregon. He speaks a little bit, is somewhat shy also. Says “Good Morning,” etc, nothing too complicated. We weren’t sure what type of parrot he was but I’ve been told he looks like a Quaker parrot (Monk parakeet). Please email if spotted or found! Thanks
