He was found late this afternoon, flying free. A caring and patient police officer caught him.
He is yellow, green & black with tiny white cheeks
He was very hungry, so may have been out for awhile.
Sweet, comfortable being handled – wants to come out of cage, but we are taking no chances! He has played with toys, is quite active. Wasn’t afraid of my dogs or green Cheeked Conure. A delight!
