I live in La Mesa but the bird was found by a friend in El Cajon. I keep going back and forth on whether she/he is a Mexican Redheaded or a Lilac Crowned amazon. She/he is fairly friendly and will take food out of our hands and has played with the idea of stepping up for us, but gets scared at the last minute.
