Two parrots spotted together high in a tree. Species undetermined; resembled conures. Black or dark head, whitish beaks, green bodies, red and possibly yellow tail feathers. Little less than a foot long from top of head to tip of tail. Birds were preening each other and seemed bonded. Birds flew away after a few minutes; strong fliers, flew far enough away I could not see them anymore. Flew in direction of the Gurdwara Sikh temple in Palatine. I could not get a picture.
