This budgie has been visiting my bird feeder for 5 days now. He arrived on July 29, 2017 and it is now August 2, 2017. He is an aqua blue with a light yellow head. He has a blue cere. He is not tame and I have not been able to catch him with the usual methods. He appears to be in good health, is active, and is flying with a flock of sparrows. Location – San Antonio, TX
