REUNITED after 3 months
I believe this bird is a white faced cinnamon pied cockatiel but I can’t be certain. Found it perched in a tree outside of my front door on Taylor St in Albany, CA. I have more pictures but this posting only allows one so please contact me for additional pictures. It is currently living in a large box with plenty of warmth, air flow, a perch, water and seed (no sunflower seeds). The bird is very tame and talkative, likes hanging out on my shoulder.
