Very scared and dirty, was found in my office parking lot in the truck lane. Did not try to fly away when I picked it up, although it did bite very hard from fear. He/She is currently in a cage in my office, safe and being fed commercial cockatiel seed mix. Gets scared if you go near the cage, but otherwise fairly calm or maybe just exhausted.
Was very hungry, did not know what apples are for. Will be taken to ‘Parrots First’ rescue in Sylmar on Sept 7th if its humans do not claim.
