Skylar is a blue bird with black ring around neck. His eyes are yellow/black that dilate when excited. He has a “shriek” that is similar to a conure, since he was once in our home with conures. He can be friendly, but under circumstances he may be timid and afraid. He likes “treats” and bananas. If you see him, you will know. He is a gorgeous blue. We miss him, and his cage mate is grieving. Please call if seen.
