My mom found this cockatiel yesterday May 31 in Floral Park NY. My mom whistled at the bird who was up on a wire and the bird flew down to my moms hand. Fortunately my mom and I have cared for these birds for years. We are prior breeders so the bird is in safe hands. Bird looks like it had a rough day(s) weeks. Who knows. Very tired and puffed out.
