This bird was in very poor condition when it flew to my son in our backyard. Owner must be willing to pay the growing vet bill and describe unique characteristics of this parrot before we will release it to the owner. We want only to get it to its rightful owner. Do not contact if you are rescuing or in the business of selling rescues. We are going to foster or become PARONTS of this beautiful bird if the rightful owner does not come forward.
