My neighbor found and caught the parakeet in her yard. Yellow and green male. Is banded, I’m unable to see the numbers just yet. He’s quite hungry and has been eating for two days. He seems familiar with humans and I got him to sit on my finger today when I was checking his band. He’s in good shape, well-groomed.
