Macaw was flying in our neighborhood for at least several days before we were able to coax him down from a tree and placed him in a dog cage (only cage available). I contacted the local zoo, a rescue group and the city animal services but could not help me. We have a neighborhood email directory and we sent out several alerts about this found parrot.
