SIGHTING: Green parrot, probably Indian ringneck though i am not an expert, seen for the last week morning and evening perched on wires and trees in vicinity of Lobos and Cayucos in Atascadero, CA. People in the neighborhood noted someone came by in the last few weeks asking about a lost pet bird but could not recall specific details.
