Sited Parakeet eating at my feeders in backyard this afternoon for first time and still here hours later at 8 pm (EST). White head, turquoise upper back, dark spotted blue lower back and all white tail. Not sure what exact type of Parakeet it is, but looks like a Budgie. Took photos. Unable to capture, flies fine & appears very healthy. Eats from feeder and ground. Now sociable around large and small wild birds. Sex and age unknown. Can’t see if banded and don’t know if microchipped since not captured. I am located in Camden County, South Eastern NewJersey and only 5 minutes from Philly and 20 minutes from Delaware.
