Quaker Parrot, Green with greyish neck and breast. Very sweet. Looks healthy and well cared for. No leg band. Has all of it’s flight feathers, none of the feathers appear to be clipped. Flies very well around our house. Flies off then returns to land on our hand. So far only squawks. Has not tried to whistle or talk but very sweet and tame.
