This parrot flew to me when I opened our garage door to go out with my kids. Very friendly, whistles, taps, etc. It’s very interactive. No leg band or anything. It was very hungry and thirsty when it came and seems to want to stay in the garage.
Bird is green, grey chest, with blue on the tips of it’s tail feathers.
