Updated Jun 19.11 from Craigslist:
Harpo may have been spotted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Harpo may be hanging out around the pigeons in downtown Millbrae.
I received an email today that a gray cockatiel was on the sidewalk between Kohl’s and Trader Joe’s in downtown Millbrae. This is where I shop all the time! What a coincidence! Trader Joe’s has already taken my “lost” poster down with my information. They only allowed me 7 days. And now he has been spotted in front of their store! That is truly remarkable! I’ll have to keep going down that way and looking. Please keep an eye out for him.
The waitresses at the new Big Mouth Burger were very kind and helpful. They took my information in case he shows up there for dinner. The food looks good, by the way. Harpo loves real food, he’ll eat whatever you’re having. Well, if anyone spots him, please let me know.
Mestro and I had breaded prawns last night, and we were thinking of him.

Please be on the look out for these two guys. They haven’t eaten for two days. They left on Sunday afternoon, and we found them by whistling, but they didn’t want to come home at the time, and now we can’t find them. They could either be right in the Mills Estate hills or over on the Burlingame side near Trousdale, or they might be in the old section of town around Hillcrest. The gray one, especially, will eat bread and pasta, so lure him in with some seed, bread, pasta. Maestro, the yellow one, has a crooked toe (a Love Bird got him). He is very tame. A really nice guy. And if you sit down near a table and put food and water out, I’m sure he’ll come to you, or if close enough, he will get on your finger. If you get Maestro, the yellow one, you’ll easily get Harpo because he can’t live without Maestro. They like the tall trees. They’ll whistle back at you. Please contact the San Mateo Peninsula Humane Society if you see them and I don’t answer my email right away. The number there is (650) 340-7022.
Thank you. If you are in the neighborhood above Mills High, let me know, and we’ll come to you. Please try to spot them for me.
They will be so grounded!
These guys have been my birds for over 15 years. They are missed!
