Lost pet parakeet in Pinckney near Rush Lake Rd. and Farley. Our pet parakeet got outside on Sunday, May 29. His color is a Seafoam Green with a yellow face which makes him hard to locate in the trees as he blends right in but he can be heard calling. He is a 6 month old male with a blue cere (nose area) and he talks. His name is George and he says his name a lot, he also will say pretty bird as well as other words. Our family really misses him and we want him back as soon as possible. If someone finds him, please call 5. 1. 7. 3. 0. 4. 6. 3. 9. 5. He is hand tamed but loves to land on your head. He doesn’t bite so there is no need to be afraid of him. If you see him in your area but cannot catch him, also please call.
