A Sun Conure was found in the Champaign/Urbana Illinois area on 11/30. It is banded, very social and friendly.
To date no one has contacted the Shelter seeking a lost parrot.
They are hoping to find its family OR a rescue who would be willing to foster as they are not equipped to handle birds.
