Found parakeet in the arbor lakes apartment areas near highway m and century ave, i almost ran the bird over with my car coming in and found that it was a tamed bird more specifically obvious by its colors, it has a blue coat a yellow chest and grey and black and white stripes going up the back of its neck, now I’m not just giving this bird back idc if you lost it you come meet me i will evaluate who you are and such and see if your fit to have the bird back, i mean its cold outside and the bird could have died so that responsibility was pretty much yours to hold and you lost that right to really reclaim it considering the bird could be anyones but like i said if its yours and you let me know your story and i evaluate it and see who you are and such than i will move on and proceed my decision but otherwise i am keeping the bird and taking it to someone safe.
