A black-capped conure, eight weeks old, flew from its owner around 3:30 PM on May 24th in the Woodlawn area.
About the size of a cockatiel and very friendly towards people. The gender is unknown, but it responds to the name Scooby Doo. It is a little timid and shy. It is clipped, so it can’t take off from the ground, but it can glide quite far.
