FOUND
Found a Quaker Parrot on my neighbors deck. Very friendly, can fly.
Has tag on leg which I tried to look it up but no luck what so ever.
Will not give this info out, if you tell me the letters/numbers on it then I’ll know you are the real owner.
He/She is in a temp cage and has food and water.
Beak is cracked bad but no plucking and is very well groomed.
Please contact me ASAP!
